Why

The technical consultant group at a global technology company lacked a central place to house, discover, track, and promote their many existing solutions. This fragmentation was leading to outdated and unreliable content, efforts duplication, complexity, and poor discoverability. There were many sub-brands competing with one another, compromising user experience and brand integrity. Consolidating existing hubs under one roof with a cohesive brand identity and single solution submission point and "source of truth" data source will solve these productivity issues.

What

We at Slalom partnered with the organization to reimagine a unified solutions hub for curated solutions and case studies with an underlying content management system. The solutions hub site provides both technical consultants and Sales the ability to discover solutions and services relevant to their clients. In my roles as Brand Strategist and Visual Designer, I created an intuitive visual design and an elegant brand identity that aligns with and complements other products across the business. Our UX team delivered a seamless experience that directs users to the most relevant solutions based on their needs. This improved discoverability leads to more reuse of solutions and increased productivity for the business and clients.

Wow

We took a human-centered approach and agile work style to design and test site concepts and content. Involving a diverse set of users at all stages of the process ensured the final solution addressed unique needs at the individual, regional, and organizational level. I evolved the group’s brand identity to incorporate elements of adjacent design systems to achieve seamless integration with other platforms and to provide a consistent user experience. To ensure successful evolution of the tool, I equipped teams with style guides, branded templates, and go to market resources.
